Have you wondered why you have variations of the same dream repeatedly? Look at your bedtime pattern. We tend to operate in the same manner with our bedtime routine. Unfortunately we have patterns that are not conducive to us getting a quality nights rest. This is one reason for the nightly debrief. Being able to unpack your day allows you to not take that baggage with you to bed.
